Refund Policy

  1. Policy statement
    1. A player who wishes to withdraw from an event prior to the event scheduled start time may obtain full refund of fees paid. Once an event begins, no refunds will be provided.
  2. Requirements
    1. Request for refund must be received in writing. Email is acceptable, as is our Contact Us form. Request must include the following information:
      • DCI number
      • Full name on the registration
      • (Optional) Registration code
    2. Reimbursement method will be by the same method as payment.
    3. Customers requesting a refund must return any promotional items received or else a refund will not be granted.
  3. Operational procedures
    1. No refunds will be processed the week of an event until the next Wednesday after an event concludes. This is to allow the staff to handle the needs of the event during this time.
    2. Please allow several days for us to process your request.
